How It Works
How Do I Place An Order?
We have simplified the ordering process to make your order as easy as possible. Simply choose your product, upload your photos & add your text.
Please double check that all images are good quality & that spellings are correct when placing your order as we will process the text as it is received and we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes made when placing the order.
By uploading photos to the website, you are giving us consent to use these photos. Please only upload photos that you have permission to use. No copyrighted or inappropriate images. If we decide that an image is inappropriate, we will cancel your order immediately & a refund will be issued. This is totally at the discretion of Bannerz.ie. Your photos will be deleted from our server after 4 weeks and we will never share them with a third party, ever.
Payment, Printing & Shipping
Once you have placed your order, we will aim to print & ship it within 1-2 working days (Monday – Friday). The delivery usually takes 1-2 working days after your order has been dispatched. The delivery times are estimated from the time you receive your shipping confirmation email, not from the time you place your order.
Our deliveries are handled by DPD couriers and they will send you email updates once they have your order. All deliveries are tracked and you can manage your delivery with DPD. You should also receive text message updates to advise you of a time on the day of the delivery.
We will try our best to deliver your order before the date you specified when completing your purchase. As the deliveries are handled by a third party, we can make no guarantee that your order will arrive before the specified date due to circumstances that may arise that are out of our control, such as delivery delays. If a problem should arise with the delivery, we will do everything we can to make it right.
We accept all major debit and credit cards through Stripe & PayPal payment systems. We value your privacy and will never share your information with any third parties, in fact, we don’t have access to this information in the first place.

Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase please get in touch to let us know. We will do everything we can to ensure you have an enjoyable experience dealing with us. As all of the products on this website are personalised for each order, we will only honour a refund or return if the item is faulty. We make every effort to ensure our products are of the highest quality possible when being shipped.
